• Seamlessly integrating numerous third-party applications while ensuring a cohesive user experience consistent with the company's ecosystem.
• Developing design system that adapt to multiple partners' many customer needs and business goals.
• Establishing best practice of user-centered and design thinking through out the organization.
Some key achievements I did for this project:
As a sole product designer in a company of 50 employees, I am entrusted with spearheading UX and UI design for all the company's cloud-based products. Additionally, I provide design and visual support across various facets of our business, including product's marketing and company's branding.
River Logic launched a cutting-edge B2B application aimed at evolving into the premier enterprise analytics platform, offering tailored solutions for enterprise scale companies. My design goal was to innovate data tracking, analysis, and optimization methods - and address usability challenges inherent in most enterprise software through every iteration of the product.

Design Process
My process is rooted in Design Thinking and Lean UX frameworks. I ensure a streamlined process by incorporating essential phases such as discovery, definition, ideation, prototype and test for every major version change while focusing on creating several polished deliveries and reducing waste such as hectic documentation process.
01 Discovery
I conducted user interviews to identify paint points & competitive analysis to highlight disparities between their offering and user preferences. This process were never run by anyone outside the sales reps and my team had working to change this practice ever since.
02 Define
Based on the exploration phase, I learned these user’s pain points that require attention :
Using qualitative data from interviews, I defined the three target group personas consist of data analyst, modeler and business. The creation of their journey map helped the team to better empathize each group and simplify the process of prioritizing goals according to their needs.
Users anticipate that analytic enterprise apps are tailored only for domain experts and not intended for general business users.
Users consider spreadsheets as an indispensable tool for tracking and interacting with data objects.
Users wanted streamlined task completion, but were impeded by an excessive number of tool buttons.
These were several opportunities I presented to the team that can help bridging the gap between our users' needs and expectations, aligning them with the current technologies our team can provide.
03 Ideation
I made several user flows, each aimed to reduce number of paths that users need to take to complete their primary goals. I also mapped out Information Architecture to help optimize the entire site in term of its performance and scalability.
Using low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, my initial design was easily reviewed and tested by all stake holders in short time. This process allowed for adjustments without delving into the more expensive preproduction phase typically undertaken by our company in the past.
I ideated several data visualization inspired by my experiences in working with physical analytic tools in the past. These visualizations aim to enhance the representation and analysis of large datasets, providing innovative perspectives for effective comprehension and interpretation of substantial quantities of information.
04 Testing
I refined a data visualization design, enhancing its usability and data output by incorporating feedback from varied stakeholders.
Data Creation Tool underwent multiple design iterations, and the latest version notably enhanced performance, contributing to a significant boost in overall functionality and efficiency.
Optimizing the navigation design system for greater scalability and functionality proved challenging, as underlying technologies frequently required significant updates to meet business demands.
Visual design I developed focus on enhancing the app's aesthetic appeal through story-telling that aligns with the company's new identity.
Conclusion
Through development cycles of this product, I encountered the challenge of enterprise app users' deep-rooted reliance on common tools like spreadsheets and complex functionality frameworks to solve all business problem they given. Overtime, I learned that while most users are initially hesitant to abandon familiar tools, introducing them to intuitive, innovative data interaction methods can spark curiosity and openness. By carefully designing better experience, user-friendly interfaces and highlighting our app's advantages, we successfully encouraged users to explore beyond their comfort zones, showing a keen interest in adopting and learning more about our solution.
